Our Carefully Designed... Curriculum
CURRICULUM includes classes in Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip-Hop, Acrobatics, and Tumbling. All Classes are designed to be foundation blocks...providing our students with a fun and structured syllabus that enables growth. We also offer Performing Company programs for children of all levels. Additionally we offer private lessons, Birthday Parties, Wedding and Choreography for Events.

Palisades Studio Performing Companies are designed for Boys & Girls (1st to 5th grade) who have a passion for dance. These programs are designed to build self-confidence and develop artistic growth by offering more performing opportunities.
PERFORMANCES:
The Dance Company performs for local festivals, school assemblies, senior centers, theme parks and local dance competitions.

Performing ARTS Classes offered
Beginning Ballet
Beginning Ballet ~ introduces Ballet vocabulary and strong technique to our students ages 3 to 5 years in a fun and enjoyable setting. Emphasis is placed on coordination, musicality, rhythm, and concentration while exploring space and enjoying movement.
Ballet I, II & III
Ballet I, II, III & IV - Dancers ages 6-18 years train in a Vaganova based curriculum in a positive and encouraging setting. Pre-pointe, Pointe and Repertoire classes are offered to students as they transition into intermediate and advanced levels.
Acrobatics/ Tumbling/ Gymnastics
Acrobatics/ Tumbling/ Gymnastics
ACROBATICS/TUMBLING ~ Gymnastics/Tumbling/Acrobatic skills like forward rolls, log rolls, cartwheels, splits, backbends, stretching with fun movement games!
These classes focus on mastering basic skills in forward/backward rolls, headstands/handstands, front/back walkovers. Building strength for advanced skills in front/side aerials, front/back handsprings, front/back tuck and much more!
Hip-Hop
Acrobatics/ Tumbling/ Gymnastics
HIP-HOP Instructors use fun and innovative choreography to equip dancers with the ability to perform a variety of styles. Dancers learn elements of musicality and body mechanics in a fun encouraging atmosphere.
Contemporary
CONTEMPORARY DANCE combines ballet and modern techniques through organic movements using unrestricted lines. Our contemporary classes are an empowering fusion of technique, strength, musicality, acro, self-expression, and emotion.
Jazz
JAZZ is a very distinct style of dance that is constantly growing and evolving. From beginning to advanced levels, our classes focus on the fundamentals such as isolations, developing complex rhythms and movements, and more. From Fosse to contemporary styles, we include proper warm-ups, stretching, across-the-floor progressions, and intricate upbeat combinations.
Tap
TAP classes from beginning to advanced are taught with an emphasis on building basic vocabulary. A balanced blend of both traditional broadway and rhythmic hoofing styles are taught for a well-rounded curriculum.
Toddlers & Toes
TODDLERS & TOES ~ Mommy/Daddy & Me Class)begins at 20 month-2 years of age and offers our youngest dancers an opportunity to explore movement and music accompanied by a parent/guardian.
