is designed for Beginner-Advanced movers. Previous dance experience is not required. Class will be taught with a follow-along approach and will be non-stop through a consistent curriculum of dances. Dances will include some elements of Hip-Hop, Jazz and Contemporary and executed with a concentration on cardio.
is an approach to movement derived from dance techniques in ballet and jazz dance. A consistent emphasis on lengthening and strengthening will assist in shaping and sculpting while promoting proper posture and alignment. Predominately bodyweight, however light weights and pilates accessories may be used.

Mat Pilates is a the practice of Pilates Technique without the use of extensive equipment (reformer/cadillac). All classes involve series of movements designed to train the core muscles (hamstrings/glutes/back/abdominals). The positive results of Pilates training include but are not limited to corrected posture, body alignment, balance, flexibility and strengthened core.
