A consistent emphasis on lengthening and strengthening will assist in shaping and sculpting while promoting proper posture and alignment. is a fitness class with an approach to Ballet Barre Basics. The traditional methods of Ballet produce extraordinary muscle development, control, balance and mobility. This class will extract those beneficial movements and make them palatable to participants. Class is predominantly bodyweight, however some accessories may be used.

Mat Pilates is a the practice of Pilates Technique without the use of extensive equipment (reformer/cadillac). All classes involve series of movements designed to train the core muscles (hamstrings/glutes/back/abdominals). The positive results of Pilates training include but are not limited to corrected posture, body alignment, balance, flexibility and strengthened core.

Derek has worked as a performer at Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Dance Revolution, Glory Dance Company & Holy Land Experience. His fitness journey started in Honk Kong and Singapore and led him to Los Angeles. He's had the opportunity to work with amazing organizations such as Tracy Anderson, Orange Theory, Equinox, Bay Clubs, Pure Fitness, Exhale & Griffin Club LA.

Total Body Workout:
This class is a Low impact Strengthening class. All major muscle groups will be addressed in a workout starting with a fun warm-up followed by a sculpt session using hand weights, resistance bands and medicine balls. Body weight, Balance and posture exercises with special attention to good form are included. The class concludes with a cool down including comprehensive stretching of the upper and lower body body for a strong and toned physique.
Dance & Stretch:
This fun class begins with 30 minutes of Cardio Salsa workout which is fun, energetic Latin dance workout that incorporates authentic Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Bachatta, Rhumba and Argentine Tango. Learn how to dance while having fun and shedding calories! No dance experience necessary. The last 30 minutes of the class is a cool down segment incorporating the Stretch of the upper and lower body with special attention to the neck and low back.
Stretch & Release:
This class offers a comprehensive Stretch of the upper and lower body muscles with special attention to the problem areas (neck, back and Illio-tibial band). Learn how to release the Myofascial tissue by using gentle pressure on connective tissue with the use of a foam roller or Therapy balls to relax the muscles, release the tight spots by breaking down the scar tissue for an overall feeling of wellbeing.
Barre Fusion:
This class focuses on Core strength and Balance incorporating elements of Barre, Pilates and Sculpt. Body weight, small hand weights, circular bands, medicine balls and a barre are used in this class resulting in a strong Core which is the foundation of Strength and stability.

Styles ranging from Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, Thai Dance, and Chinese Folk. Her most recent studies are from "AMDA" Dance Conservatory in Hollywood and "Steps" in New York City. She has performed with dance companies, been the principal dance lead in commercials as well as photography projects. As an instructor, her goal is to inspire children with creativity and imagination. She believes in the discipline, freedom and the focus dance can bring to help children achieve whatever dreams they aspire to accomplish in life.

Nathan is a diverse performer with a long list of credits. He's performed on Broadway in Hello Dolly, An American in Paris & Chicago. Off-Broadway tours include Come Fly Away, West Side Story, Do I heat a Waltz, Footloose, Rooms, Cats & A Chorus Line. Additionallyhe has toured with dance conventions as an instructor and judge.
